Gold Dust Croton is well known and loved for its bright and beautiful leaves. Its green leaves are dotted with golden color hence the name golden dust. It is a slow grower and does well when placed in a group with other crotons or other plants needing similar light and water. This plant is of medium height thus making it a just the right choice for any space.
Plant thrives in well drained moist soil. Cut the dead leaves off the main stem if necessary. To maintain a coherent look, cut down on any length stems if needed. Start with a six-inch container when planting. Croton plants grow in spring, hence you might have to repot it to one size up. Pots should have drainage holes.
